Sour Cream and Cranberry Cake

    600 g
  • Chicken egg

    1/4 tsp
  • Flour
    375 g
  • Single Cream (Light Cream) Căsuța Mea 20%
    225 g
  • Cranberry
    300 g
  • White chocolate

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour with the baking soda.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened butter, add the sugar, and continue beating.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, continue with the cream, add the dry mixture, mix until combined, finally add the cranberries, mix again.
  4. Pour the batter into a 25 cm diameter pan.
  5. Bake for 90 minutes, Temperature 160 °C.
  6. Decorate the cooled cake with melted white chocolate, cranberries and greens.
