Directions
For the dough: beat the sugar with the butter at room temperature.
Add the eggs one by one, continuing to mix.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add the vanilla essence.
Incorporate until we no longer have lumps.
Divide the dough into 3 bowls.
In one bowl, add the white chocolate drops and mix.
In the second bowl, add the cocoa powder, mixing until there are no more lumps.
And in the third bowl, we add melted dark chocolate, and mix.
Line a rectangular mold with baking paper.
Add the dough in layers.
1st layer - mixture with dark chocolate. 2nd layer - mixture with cocoa. 3rd layer - mixture with white chocolate.
Level the surface and bake for 50 minutes at 180 °C.
Take out the cake and let it cool completely.
For the glaze: Melt the chocolate with the butter, pour over the cake and spread it, sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Take out and serve with pleasure.
