Directions

  1. Beat the eggs together with the sugar, add the spice mix, candied oranges, flour, baking powder, and stir.
  2. Pour in the melted butter and milk, then add the finely grated carrot right here, mixing once again.
  3. Transfer the dough into a rectangular pan, then spread a thin strip of butter (20-25 grams) on top. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes, let it cool, and decorate with chocolate cream and sea buckthorn. If desired, add a few chocolate eggs as well.
