Directions

  1. Mix the cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour until have a smooth, lump-free batter.
  2. Pour the mixture into a mold over the pitted cherries.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C, or until the cake is nicely browned.
  4. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes, if you prefer it warmer, or if you want to serve it cold, put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
