In a bowl, mix: melted butter, season with 1 teaspoon salt and half a teaspoon black pepper.
Grease both the inside and the outside with this mixture, not forgetting the lid.
Place the lid and pumpkin, cut side down, on a tray and place in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 35 minutes.
Dice the onion, bell pepper and carrot.
In a well-heated pan, add the butter and onion, sauté everything over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add the bell pepper and carrot, sauté for another 5 minutes, continuing to stir.
Add the minced chicken, fry for 3 more minutes, season with salt, black pepper and paprika to taste.
Now it's time for the rice and raisins, cover with water.
Boil everything over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the pumpkin from the oven, turn it over and pour the rice mixture into it, put the lid on.
Cover with aluminum foil and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
