For the dough, mix: flour with sugar, salt and baking powder.
Incorporate very cold butter, mix and transfer 2/3 of the dough into a pan with a diameter of 28-30 cm.
Flatten well.
For the filling: mix the grated pumpkin with the sugar and lemon juice.
Add the filling over the dough, leveling it. Cover it with the remaining dough and bake for 50-55 minutes at 180°C.
