Directions

  1. For the dough, mix: flour with sugar, salt and baking powder. Incorporate very cold butter, mix and transfer 2/3 of the dough into a pan with a diameter of 28-30 cm. Flatten well.
  2. For the filling: mix the grated pumpkin with the sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Add the filling over the dough, leveling it. Cover it with the remaining dough and bake for 50-55 minutes at 180°C.
  4. Take out and serve the cake hot or cold. Enjoy!
