Almonds
80 g
Walnuts
50 g
Pumpkin seeds
30 g
Sunflower Seeds
30 g
Honey
2-3 tbsp
Coconut oil
1-2 tbsp
Directions
In a large bowl, combine: oats, puffed rice, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut and walnuts.
Mix all ingredients, add honey and vanilla essence.
Mix everything thoroughly again.
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, stirring occasionally 3–4 times.
Add chopped dried cranberries.
Let cool and store in jars or containers.
8 servings of granola were received.
Serve with fresh milk.
