  • Oatmeal
    250 g
  • Almonds
    80 g
  • Walnuts
    50 g
  • Pumpkin seeds
    30 g
  • Sunflower Seeds
    30 g
  • Honey
    2-3 tbsp
  • Coconut oil
    1-2 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine: oats, puffed rice, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut and walnuts.
  2. Mix all ingredients, add honey and vanilla essence.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly again.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, stirring occasionally 3–4 times.
  6. Add chopped dried cranberries.
  7. Let cool and store in jars or containers.
  8. 8 servings of granola were received.
  9. Serve with fresh milk.
