For the dough, mix the "Gătim Cu" sugar with the eggs, pour in the melted butter and "Căsuța Mea" milk, mix again.
Sift the flour with the baking powder, finally add the vanilla essence with the white chocolate chips and incorporate.
Add 1 generous tablespoon of dough to each paper mold, then add 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam and finally 1 generous tablespoon of dough again.
Bake muffins for 25-30 minutes at 200 °C.
Remove the muffins from the oven, let them cool slightly, and enjoy.
