    1 pinch
  • Sugar
    200 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    150 ml
  • Oil
    100 ml
  • Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp
  • Baking powder
    6 g
  • Flour
    250 g

For the filling:

  • Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea 5.5%
    200 g
  • Sugar
    2 tbsp
  • Raspberry
    150 g

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy. Add the milk and oil, then mix well.
  2. ncorporate the flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper or greased with butter.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar and spread it over the batter — either evenly or in dollops. Add the raspberries on top, pressing them gently.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for about 60 minutes, until nicely golden. Let it cool completely, then slice and enjoy. Enjoy!
