We start by boiling cauliflower in boiling water for 10 minutes or until it becomes soft and easy to pass.
After the cauliflower boiled, we pass it with a fork until we get a fine puree.
Add the beaten eggs, the cheese given on the grater, and then season with salt, black pepper and oregano, depending on your preferences. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
At the end, add the flour and mix again until the composition becomes homogeneous and easy to model.
We heat the oil in a pan and fry the olas on both sides until they are beautifully browned, forming crisp on the outside and soft inside.
We serve the cauliflower olas next to the cream and fresh greenery.
