    50 g
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Green onions
    to taste

Directions

  1. First, carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. Make sure no yolk gets into the whites.
  2. Finely chop the green onions or any other herbs you like. Slice the tomato into rounds.
  3. Add a little salt to the yolks, mix, and set aside.
  4. Beat the egg whites on low speed, then gradually increase to maximum until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the yolks into the whites using a spatula with upward motions to keep the mixture airy.
  6. Heat a pan with a bit of oil and pour in the omelet mixture. Sprinkle with green onions and cook under a lid.
  7. Add the cheese and fold the omelet in half. Cook for one more minute, then flip it over.
  8. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with fresh vegetables — the omelet turns out incredibly soft and fluffy, and the melted cheese is simply perfect. A wonderful idea for a delicious breakfast!
