Directions

  1. For the dough, mix: dry yeast with warm milk, add salt, honey, oil и pumpkin puree, mix again, add sifted flour, continue to knead for 10-15 minutes or until the dough no longer sticks to fingers.
  2. Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. Stretch the dough into a rectangular shape the length of the pan and roll it up.
  4. Transfer to an oiled pan, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour. Before baking the bread, make a cut in the middle lengthwise.
  5. Bake the bread for 40 minutes at 200 °C. Remove it from the pan and let it cool completely. Slice and enjoy. Bon appétit!
