Directions

  1. Add the cleaned and washed chicken liver to a bowl, pour milk on top and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté the sliced ​​onion and carrot with 30 g of butter for 7-10 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.
  3. Add the drained chicken liver and simmer for another 7-10 minutes.
  4. Pour in the cream, boil for 4 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, add the remaining butter and mix everything for 4-5 minutes with a blender.
  6. For the Jelly: Soak the gelatin in 30 ml of cold water, leave for 10 minutes to swell.
  7. In a saucepan, add the sugar, remaining water and cranberries, mix.
  8. Once it is boiling, strain the mixture well through a sieve.
  9. Add the gelatin and mix until it melts.
  10. Divide the prepared pâté into jars or desired shapes, and pour the jelly mixture over it.
  11. Spread the prepared pate in banks or other molds and pour the jelly mixture.
  12. Serve with pleasure.
