For the dough:

  • Chicken egg
    2 pc
  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 20%
    100 g
  • Sugar
    50 g
  • Oil
    70 ml
  • Honey
    100 g
  • Baking powder
    2/3 tsp
  • Baking soda
    1/2 tsp
  • Flour
    275 g

For the filling:

  • Dried plums
    300-500 g
  • Sugar
    2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, combine: eggs, sour cream, sugar, oil, and honey. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ones until the texture is smooth and free of lumps.
  4. Place the dough in a mold with a DIAMETER of 22-24 cm.
  5. Place the halved plums on top.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy!
