  • Lemon Zest
  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 30%

Directions

  1. In a pot of salted water, add the asparagus cut into 2.5 cm slices. Boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Take out the asparagus and put it in very cold water.
  3. In a well-heated pan, add the butter and olive oil.
  4. Add finely chopped onion, sauté for 5 minutes, add the rice and sauté for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. Pour the wine, mix until absorbed. Pour a little bit of broth at a time, until fully incorporated.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, then mix.
  7. In a bowl, mix together: sour cream, hard cheese, and lemon zest.
  8. Add over the rice, mix until incorporated.
  9. In the end, add the drained asparagus and finely chopped parsley.
  10. Enjoy!
