Directions

  1. 🍯 For the biscuit: Beat the eggs together with the sugar and a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the honey, mix.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking soda.
  4. Sift half of the solid ingredients, mix, pour in the milk, mix again, sift in the remaining flour, mix again until there are no more lumps.
  5. Add the dough to a baking dish lined with baking paper and bake for 8-10 minutes, temperature 175 °C.
  6. Turn it on a grill and let it cool down.
  7. For the cream, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar, continuing to mix, add the cold sour cream and vanilla to taste, beat until thickened.
  8. 🍯 Assemble the roll: Add the cream over the cooled dough, spread, leave 2 cm at one edge, add currant or cherry sauce if desired and roll.
  9. Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for one hour.
  10. Decorate with melted white chocolate if desired, let it set in the cold and enjoy. Bon appetit!
