Directions

  1. In a hot pan, add the chopped mushrooms, sauté and stir periodically until the water evaporates.
  2. In another pan with oil, sauté the diced onion for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the onion over the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. We place a platter, on top we add a round ring with a diameter of 20 cm.
  5. Grate the potatoes on top with a large grater.
  6. In a bowl, prepare the dressing: mix the mayonnaise, chopped dill, season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  7. Add potatoes on top, 2-3 tablespoons of dressing and spread gently over the entire surface.
  8. Add the mushrooms, sliced ​​pickled cucumbers, and grate the eggs on a fine grater, leveling each row.
  9. Add mayonnaise and level the surface.
  10. Finally, grate the cheese, then spread the remaining dressing around the edges and decorate the edges with finely chopped green onions.
  11. Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  12. Remove the salad from the refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
