Directions

  1. Heat the milk without boiling.
  2. Separate the egg whites.
  3. In the yolks add sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and mix with a spatula.
  4. Pour half of the hot milk and mix well.
  5. Pour everything back into the pan and stir constantly until softened. You have to get a creamy texture.
  6. Now mix the whites and when the foam appears, the sugar is easily browned and mixed until you get the texture as in the video.
  7. Mix half of the whites in the cream and the other half turns carefully with a spatula as I look.
  8. Grease the baking shapes with butter, pour a little sugar and arrange them all over the surface.
  9. Fill the shapes with the dough, align and clean the dirty edges. Put in the oven for 15 minutes to 200 degrees.
  10. That's how appetizing. The top trembles and is so creamy! You can serve with ice cream.
