Directions
Mix, water with gelatin and allow for 15 minutes to swell. We take the currant puree to the boiling point, add the sugar and boil for 2 minutes.

Pour half of the puree, mix, pour the remaining puree, mix again, cover the meal with food until contact and refrigerate for one hour.
