Directions

  1. Mix, water with gelatin and allow for 15 minutes to swell. We take the currant puree to the boiling point, add the sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the swollen gelatin to the hot puree and mix. Mix, cheese cream with the whisk until the texture becomes uniform.
  3. Pour half of the puree, mix, pour the remaining puree, mix again, cover the meal with food until contact and refrigerate for one hour.
  4. We serve the currants with the desire with fruit sauce. Enjoy your meal!
