Directions
For the dough, in a bowl, add: flour, sugar, egg, cold water and cubed butter, mix then transfer to cling film, wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Take out the dough and spread it with our hands in a 24 cm diameter shape, forming the base and sides.
Add weight and bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
Remove and cool completely.
In a container, mix the gelatin with the water, let it swell for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mash the strawberries, then drain through a sieve.
Transfer to a saucepan, add the sugar, place on the stove and boil for 5-7 minutes, stirring periodically.
Add the gelatin, mix and let cool to room temperature.
In a bowl, beat the cream for 2-4 minutes, add the strawberry sauce and mix.
Take the cake base onto a plate, add the cream, spread it evenly, and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Remove, decorate with fresh strawberries, mint and enjoy.
