Directions

  1. Mix the gelatin with the water and leave for 10 minutes to swell.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar, let the sugar dissolve for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the melted gelatin into the microwave and mix.
  4. We incorporate half of the berries.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm diameter pan, lined with cling film on the outside and acetate film on the inside.
  6. Sprinkle with the remaining berries and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  7. We remove the ring of the mold and the foil.
  8. Transfer to a plate, cut and enjoy. Enjoy!
