Mix the gelatin with the water and leave for 10 minutes to swell.
In a bowl, mix the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar, let the sugar dissolve for 5 minutes.
Pour the melted gelatin into the microwave and mix.
We incorporate half of the berries.
Pour the mixture into a 20 cm diameter pan, lined with cling film on the outside and acetate film on the inside.
Sprinkle with the remaining berries and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
We remove the ring of the mold and the foil.
Transfer to a plate, cut and enjoy. Enjoy!
