Directions

  1. 1. For biscuits, mix, soft butter with white sugar and brown sugar.
  2. 2. In another vessel, mix, flour, salt, baking powder and spices.
  3. 3. Combine the ingredients together, add the nut paste, form the dough and cool for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Stretch the dough with a thickness of 3 mm, cut 5 cm shapes and bake, 12-14 minutes, temperature 165 C, then cool.
  5. 5. For the honey, we soften the gelatin sheets in very cold water, leave for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. In a bowl, combine the whites with the sugar, put in the steam bath and warm to temperature 65 C.
  7. 7. Add the well drained gelatin sheets, baking powder and vanilla.
  8. 8. Beat with a mixer approximately 10 minutes, until the bezel is thickened and glossy.
  9. 9. Transfer the marshmallow to a pastry bag, cover the cooled biscuits with marshmallow and let stand at Room Temperature for 1 hour.
  10. 10. Soak the marshmello cookies in the mixture of melted chocolate with cocoa butter.
  11. 11. Allow excess chocolate to drip, transfer to a barbecue to strengthen. Enjoy!
