  • Water
    200 ml
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 2,5%
    100 ml
  • Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    1 tsp
  • Oil
    50 ml
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    30 ml
  • Flour
    600 g

For the filling:

  • Sugar
    to taste
  • Pumpkin
    500 g
  • Egg yolk
    1 pc

Directions

  1. For the dough, mix the sifted flour with the salt and sugar. Pour in the oil with the butter, the milk, and the water, then mix and knead for 10 minutes.
  2. Cover with cling film, refrigerate for 40 minutes.
  3. For the filling, grate the pumpkin using a grater.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, Roll out each piece very thinly on a work surface greased with oil, Brush the dough sheet with oil, add grated pumpkin, and sprinkle with more or less sugar (according to preference).
  5. Roll out the dough lengthwise, shaping it into a snail-like coil. Transfer it onto a baking tray, brush the surface with beaten egg yolk, and bake the swirls for 40-45 minutes at 180 °C. If you wish, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
