Directions

  1. Bake the eggplant at 205 C, until they are soft and then completely cool.
  2. We remove the eggplant peel and break the strips.
  3. Add spices and salt to taste, tuning the oil, breaking the egg, passing everything with a fork or a blender.
  4. We pour the hot chef, add the flour with baking powder and mix until we receive a fine texture without cocoons.
  5. We fry the pots in a hot pan on both sides, the media temperature.
  6. We serve the cream with cream. Enjoy your meal!
