  • Ground pork
    350 g
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    4 tbsp
  • Bell pepper
    to taste
  • Thyme

Directions

  1. In a hot pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, fry the pork loin cut into larger cubes until nicely browned.
  2. In another pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. Remove the meat to a bowl along with the fried onion.
  4. In one of the pans, add the carrot cut into very small cubes, sauté until almost done, and in the second pan, add the rice, fry for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Add the rice and carrot over the meat and onion, season with salt, rice seasoning and pour in the water.
  6. Mix everything well, transfer it into a baking tray, add the garlic, and optionally chili pepper and thyme.
  7. Cover with foil or a lid and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 °C.
  8. Take out and serve with pleasure.
  9. Enjoy!
