In a bowl, mix the eggs, salt to taste, and yogurt with a blender, pour in the oil while continuing to mix, and finally add the grated cheese.
Cover the buttered tray with 3 sheets of filo.
Add half of the filling, then again 3 filo sheets, each brushed with egg between them, add the remaining filling, and finally top with another 3 sheets brushed with beaten egg.
Gently place the remaining sides inside the tray.
Place the pie in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 50 minutes.
Remove the tray, let it cool for 30 minutes, then serve with pleasure.
