Directions

  1. In the bowl of a bowl, mix the sifted flour with the baking powder.
  2. Add the very cold butter, cut into cubes.
  3. In another bowl, add: the egg, sugar, sour cream and salt powder.
  4. Mix gently.
  5. Incorporate the liquid mixture with the solid one and form a ball.
  6. Spread the dough ball into a detachable form with a diameter of 24 cm, using our fingers.
  7. Put it in the refrigerator.
  8. In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla essence if desired.
  9. Mix with a whisk until there are no more lumps.
  10. Finally, add the sour cream and mix.
  11. Take the dough mold out of the refrigerator.
  12. Add the apples that have already been peeled and cut into 3-4 mm slices.
  13. Pour the sour cream filling and sprinkle with almond flakes if desired.
  14. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
  15. Remove, let cool slightly and enjoy.
