Directions

  1. In a large measuring cup, beating the whites with the sugar until they become foamy.
  2. Using a silicone spatula, mix the almond flour with the corn starch.
  3. Pour the dough into a metal ring, lined with baking paper and bake at temperature 170 C, until browned (about 25-30 minutes).
  4. Cool the complete biscuit.
  5. In a vessel, the white chocolate, the prior swollen gelatin (according to the instructions on the packaging) and the vanilla essence are gathered.
  6. We pour the sweet cream, warm, leave for five minutes and pass with a blender.
  7. Add the yogurt and beat again with the blender.
  8. In another vessel the sweet cream is beaten, until strong tips are formed.
  9. We incorporate into the rest of the ingredients, pour the mousse into a metal ring with a diameter of 16 cm, wrapped at the base with food foil.
