Directions

  1. Heat the chopped onion with the oil 3-4 minutes, Add the tomato sauce, season with salt & black pepper to taste.
  2. Boil over low heat for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Cut the thin rounds, season with salt on both sides & fry in oil until lightly browned.
  4. In a baking form, add 2-3 tablespoons of sauce, place in slices of bruising, tomato sauce, sprinkle with parmesan & mozzarella.
  5. Continue until we finish, bake 40-45 minutes at 190 C.
  6. We serve hot bruises with fresh basil. Enjoy your meal!
