We clean the potatoes & cut them pieces.
Transfer to a saucepan, cover with water, add 1 teaspoon- salt, boil 10-11 minutes at medium-fast temperature. Then we drain, the water.
Add the butter with butter in a baking tray, bake for 10 minutes, temperature 220 C.
Add the potatoes to the tray, season with salt, add a branch of thyme & bake 35-40 50 minutes, or until they are browned & become crisp, stirring periodically.
We remove from the oven we spice with black pepper to taste, sprinkle with thyme & we enjoy crunchy potatoes.
