Directions

  1. In a container we mix the cream, the garlic, season with salt & black pepper.
  2. We add to the desire the greenery & chilli small.
  3. For Сartofi: Heat potato oil at 180 C.
  4. We clean the potatoes & cut the strips of 6-7 cm x 1 cm.
  5. We wash the potatoes in cold water and wipe with paper towel.
  6. Draw in a bowl, press the potato starch & mix.
  7. Diving half the amount of potatoes in the oil and fry 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  8. We remove the potatoes on a paper towel, transfer to a platter, press with salt.
  9. We also continue with the rest of the potatoes.
  10. Serve immediately with the cream sauce prepared earlier.
