Sweet potato fries with sour cream sauce

Directions

  1. In a container, mix the sour cream, grated garlic, and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. If desired, add greens and crushed chili pepper.
  3. For potatoes: heat the potato oil to 180 °C.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into 6-7 cm x 1 cm strips.
  5. Wash the potatoes in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  6. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with potato starch and mix.
  7. Dip half of the potatoes in the oil and fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  8. Remove the potatoes to a paper towel, transfer to a plate, and sprinkle with salt.
  9. We continue in the same way with the rest of the potatoes.
  10. Serve immediately with the sour cream sauce prepared earlier.
