  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    300 ml
  • Flour
    500 g
  • Dry yeast
    10 g
  • Oil
    20 ml
  • Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea 5.5%
    800 g
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Dill
    1 pc
  • Green onions

Directions

  1. Pour warm milk and dry yeast into a bowl, stir and let the yeast work for 10 minutes.
  2. Add butter, sifted flour, salt and egg, knead everything for 10-12 minutes (or until the dough stops sticking to your hands).
  3. Let the dough rest for 30–40 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, and finely chopped herbs.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and form into balls.
  6. Roll out each ball, put a generous spoonful of filling and spread it out carefully, leaving 3-4 cm from the edges.
  7. Close the pie by connecting all the parts in the middle.
  8. Place each pie in a frying pan, well heated with oil.
  9. Fry over medium or low heat on both sides until golden brown.
  10. Serve with pleasure!
